Clostri Shield® 7
Dairy Cattle Vaccine

Product Information [pdf]

Clostri Shield 7 is a 7-way vaccine that is proven effective against a broad spectrum of deadly clostridial bacteria.

Clostri Shield 7 aids in the prevention of clostridial diseases, including blackleg caused by C. chauvoei, malignant edema caused by C. septicum, black disease caused by C. novyi, gas gangrene caused by C. sordellii and enterotoxemia caused by C. perfringens Types B, C and D.

Tests of four leading 7-way vaccines showed that only Clostri Shield 7 met established antitoxin titer levels across all clostridial fractions. Its efficacy has been demonstrated in a calf challenge study using a virulent C. chauvoei. strain. View research results.

Close animal contact, moist conditions, early weaning and intensive feeding all increase the importance of a safe and effective clostridial vaccine like Clostri Shield 7. Ask your veterinarian for guidance on the best vaccination program for your operation.
